CTCs Colorectal Cancer kit
« backThe diagnostic kit for the detection of CTCs in colorectal cancer patients is based on the detection of the expression of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and cytoceratin 20 (CK20) in periferial blood or bone-marrow of the patients. The kit contains primers and probes for both markers including standards for an absolute quantification of gene expression. Samples with marker expression higher than the cut-off value are considered CTCs positive.
